Regina Casey Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 26, 2011.
"Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in Heaven." Regina was born November 20, 1946 to Edward Robinson, Sr. and Anna Gertrude Gaston in St. Louis County, Missouri. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior at McKinney Chapel C.M.E. Church where she sang in the choir. She graduated from Berkeley Sr. High School in 1964. Several years later, she married Victor Casey. To this union was born, Victor Casey, Jr. in 1973. Regina involved herself in charitable causes, while exemplifying leadership in her career with her employment at the Military Records Center; where she recently retired. At the time of her home going, she was a faithful member of Grace Church. She joined "Women of Blessing," there continuing to let her light shine. Regina lived life with generosity, style, and grace; and she loved without fear. In her passing, she leaves: a son Victory Casey, Jr.; eight brothers, Edward Robinson, Jr., and (Lanora), Randy Elliott (Sandra), Ronald Robinson, Maurice Robinson, Nathan Robinson, Pierre Robinson, and Darnell Young and Lee Hester; four sisters, Carol Robertson, Anita Gaston, Tina Young, and Deborah Bruce; she leaves, also a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles and aunts, and a numerous family of friends. We shall all miss her tremendously. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Regina Casey. You are invited to add a Tribute in her memory.
