Regina Fox

Regina Fox, 59, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away on December 23, 2025, surrounded by her children and loved ones.
Born on March 9, 1966, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Regina lived a life marked by kindness, love, strength, faith, and authenticity. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be deeply remembered for her love of the Lord, her unwavering devotion to her family, her passion for cooking, and for being unapologetically herself.
Regina is survived by her four children: Raynard Fox, Alonzo Fox, Deshon Samuels, and Nadia Samuels. She also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren: QuiMari Bates, Raekwon Fox, Ariel Batton, Reign Strickland, Milani Samuels, Kalaya Ford, and bonus grandchildren Kali and Kobi Cheers. She is further survived by her sisters, Michelle Fox and Detrae Washington, and her brother, Andre Fox; her long-term friend and the father of her children, Dwight Samuels; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Tyler; her father, John T. Callahan; her sister, Brenda Fox-Quansah; and her beloved grandson, Antione Raynard Fox.
Those who knew Regina will remember her for her genuine friendship, unconditional love, infectious humor, and-most of all-her huge heart.
