Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023 at Mt. Zion AME Church, 101 N. Queen St, Dover, DE 19904. A public viewing will be held at 10 a.m.-11 a.m. with celebration of life to follow. Interment at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023 in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
