Regina Carol Moore, age 66, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at her home. Born Wednesday, April 22, 1959, in Norwood, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Dallas and Jean Hayes Taylor. Regina leaves behind her loving husband, Dennis Moore, whom she married, Saturday, April 8, 2006. Regina was a member of Double Springs Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, camping, and listening to gospel music by the Gaithers. Regina never met a stranger and had a deep love for her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Regina leaves behind one daughter, Vanessa Noorani (Daniel) of Lancaster, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Ashley Butler of Springfield, Kentucky, and Levi and Garrett Noorani of Lancaster; one brother, Dale Taylor (Beverly) of Hamilton, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Rose Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Regina was preceded in death by one daughter, Dawn Taylor; and two brothers, Mike and Randy Taylor.

A Public Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Monday, September 1, 2025, at Double Springs Baptist Church.

The Funeral Service will be 1:00PM Monday at the church. Bro. Jami Hamilton and Bro. David Gambrel will officiate the service.

Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery. Daniel Noorani, Doug Moore, Jonathan Moore, Scott Carpenter, and Anthony Moore will serve as Active Pallbearers.
