RENATO, born October 14, 1940, passed January 31, 2025. Beloved husband of over 60 years to Eileen F. Zacconi (nee Hunter). Devoted father of Renato "Ron" (Lynne) Zacconi and Francis (Jenny) Zacconi. Loving grandfather of Raquel Ramos, Amanda Peterson, and Sean Bloom. Dear brother of Bruno (Theresa) Zacconi and the late Mario Zacconi and Franco Zacconi; dear uncle of Jason, Christina, and Jennifer Zacconi.
Renato was born in Trieste, Italy and came to the United States on January 1,1956. Renato was the former owner of Mercy Street Market from 1991 to 2010. He was an avid horse racing fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing and Funeral Wednesday morning, February 5th, 9:00 to 10:15 A.M. at Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc. 2232-2240 S. Broad St. (at Wolf St.)
Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 A.M. at Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 11th and Jackson Streets.
Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, N.J.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 970, Fort Washington, PA 19034 or at www.cancer.org/pa in Renato's memory.
