O'Leary, Rene Darlene - age 63, of Flint, died January 3, 2024. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Autumn Howard officiating. Visitation will be held 12-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Rene was born February 8, 1960 in Flint, the daughter of Robert J. Finch and Zonda Losey. Rene was a nail technician. She was a very hardworking and organized person. Rene was devoted to her family and was a caretaker to many. She was very crafty and loved spending time in Northern Michigan. Rene was a member of the VFW Post 3087 Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are: two sons, Arthur (Jennifer) Whitney of Fenton and Paul Whitney of Flint; five grandchildren, Chastity, Trysten, Tylur, Paris, and Teagan; two great-grandchildren, Ayden and Oliver; mother, Zonda Watson; siblings, Dee Dee (Joe) Drudi and Scott (Joyce) Finch; step-siblings, Mike (Leslie) Watson, David (Judy) Watson, Laurie (Gary) Stephan; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Finch; step-father, James Watson and brother, Greg Finch; step-brother, Jimmy Watson. Tributes may be shared by www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
