Rev.Norman V. Abbott

ABBOTT Rev. Norman V. Abbott, age 94 of San Antonio, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 19, 2011. Rev. Abbott was a missionary pastor in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Hilo, Hawaii, Missouri and Iowa. He spent 35 years as a visitation pastor at Concordia Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Marie Kester Abbott; and daughter, Lou Ella Abbott. Survivors: daughters, Ruth Ann Endicott and husband Steve, Carolyn Mangels and husband Kenneth, and Evelyn Richter and husband David; sons: Lawrence Abbott and wife Phyllis, Ronald Abbott and wife Dorothy, and Robert Abbott and wife Debbie; 22 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
