He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Austin and Grace Oswalt, E.O. and Ressie Cooper; his sister, Tracy Northcutt, brother Shane Northcutt, stepfather Steven Northcutt, as well as his mother-in-law, Kimberly Heidel.
He is survived by his wife, Destiny Oswalt, mother Olivia Toothaker, father Tommy Oswalt, daughter Farah Gulley, grandchildren, Olivia Oswalt, Cora, Cara and Chadrick Gulley, nephews Aaron and Evan Hollingshead, as well as his cousins, who were very dear to him, sister in laws (nephews and nieces), and friends in which he considered family. To know Rex was to love him, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
