Rhett Nye Obituary

Published by Comox Valley Echo on Apr. 5, 2011.
January 27, 1977 - March 29, 2011

It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother and uncle. Rhett was born in Kelowna and came with his family to Comox later the same year. He attended Village Park, Robb Road and Highland schools in Comox and Camosun College in Victoria. Rhett loved the outdoors and was an avid camper. He loved animals and kids, particularly his nephew, Brigham and niece, Frances. He was also very close to his adult nieces Danielle and Dallas. He was a computer guru and for the past year ran his own business, Computer Central, in Cumberland. He leaves his parents, Roy and Adele, brothers Ryan (Kari), Reid (Meghan) and Rhys (Susan), sister Rhonda, 6 nieces and 1 nephew, Auntie Evelyn, cousins and friends. You left us too soon, too young, but we will always love you and will cherish our many happy memories. Private family arrangements. Anyone wishing to make a donation in Rhett's memory, please do so to the SPCA.
