Rhoda Fiore Obituary
Penn Hills
Rhoda T. Fiore, 93, of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026. She was born on July 28, 1932, to the late Ronald and Betty Gardner. She enjoyed reading, always having a stack of books beside her bed. Rhoda truly enjoyed listening to music and having it on all the time, passing that love for music down to her children. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Fiore; daughter, Roxanne Flatt; son, James Fiore; grandson, Billy Bennett; and great-grandson, Tyler Machen. She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Gary) Lawler and Debbie (Dan Wollenberg) Starr; and son, Rick (Cindy) Fiore. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, with the funeral service being conducted at 7:30 p.m. by Rhoda^^s son, Reverend Richard Fiore, at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. Burial will be private on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, at Lakewood Memorial Gardens.
Monetary donations can be made in her memory to Springdale Open Bible Church, 401 Colfax St., Springdale, PA 15144.
