Rhonda Stroman Reichman of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, passed away on November 7, 2024. She was born on May 15, 1955, in Pittsburg, Texas to Thurman & Eva Nell (Moore) Stroman.
Rhonda began her career as a Respiratory Therapist at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, TX in the mid 70's. She discovered a love of working with children and moved to Children's Hospital in Dallas, TX. She especially enjoyed the challenge of working with babies. She was one of the first therapists to work with Children's Transport Team. She worked at Children's until 1990 when she married Kelly Reichman and moved back to Mt. Pleasant to begin her family. Eventually, she started working at the Pediatric Clinic in Mt. Pleasant, Tx where she spent many dedicated years taking care of kids in North East Texas.
In her free time she loved to cook and care for her family. She also enjoyed live music, theater, beaches, and baseball. She was a long time Texas Rangers fan and could be found most nights routing for her team.
She is survived by her husband, Kelly Reichman; son & daughter-in-law, Christopher & Valerie Reichman of Austin, Tx; daughter, Kelsey Reichman of Tyler, Tx; daughter & son-in-law, Christina & Dan Neal of Overton, Tx; grandchildren, Elijah & Mia Jae Reichman, Hayden & Jake Neal; sister & brother-in-law, Vickey & Terry Foster of North Richland Hills; brother-in-law & girlfriend, Rick Reichman & A. C. Crady; nephew & spouse, David & Jennifer Foster; nephew, Chris Foster.
She was preceded in death by parents, Thurman & Eva Stroman.
A service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the Bates Cooper Sloan Chapel with a visitation held 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
