Ricardo Snipe Sr., age 57, of Pittsburgh, died peacefully on June 5th, 2024. Ricardo is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer Zapf Snipe; his children, Caulin Gonzales, Jordan Finch, Ricardo Snipe Jr., Marcas Snipe, and Malanna Snipe, and 4 grandchildren; his mother, Patricia Snipe Whatley; his siblings, Richard Snipe Jr., Mark Snipe, Anice Whatley, Rana Snipe, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father Richard Snipe Sr. Ricardo was born on May 10th, 1967 in Pittsburgh PA. He attended Penn Hills High school. Ricardo bravely served his country in the United States Marine Corps and later worked for the
University of Pittsburgh for 22 years. Ricardo will be remembered for his infectious laugh, outstanding strength, and captivating work ethic. Ricardo was passionate about all things automotive, fishing, the beach, weight lifting, and helping others any way he could. Friends will be received on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 10am until the time of the funeral service at 12pm at the D'Alessandro Funeral Home & Crematory, 4522 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (Lawrenceville.) Following the funeral he will have a military tribute at the Chapel of the Angels in Allegheny Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.dalessandroltd.com.
