So sorry to hear this sad news. I first met Rich nearly 40 years ago at National City. A first ballot hall-of famer, Rich was a man of enormous drive, great spirit, and simply a total pleasure to be around. We shared many great moments that I will never forget. My condolences to all of his loved ones.
