He was born on January 21, 1967 at Beckley; he was the son of Shirley Ann (Jones) Arnold and the late Richard Wayne Arnold.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a son, Richard Arnold, III.
Richard enjoyed working on cars and playing music.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Arnold and a brother, Mike Arnold both of Rupert.
There will be no services at this time.
