Richard Bernier

Richard Bernier, 78, of Bellingham passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family, February 6, 2025. He leaves behind his loving wife Nina of 57 years. In addition to his wife his survived by his children, Kelly Salamone and her husband Troy of Cumberland RI, his granddaughter Victoria Pagnini and her fiancée Rodolfo Mercurio of San Diego CA, two sons, Damon and his wife Lisa and daughter, Haley all of Bellingham, Sean Bernier and his wife Renee of Woonsocket RI and granddaughters, Alyssa and Jillian. Richard was a Vietnam Air Force Veteran. He was a self employed builder in the local area for many years.
Richard enjoyed going on cruises in the fall and his home in Narragansett RI in the Summers.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 5 to 8 P.M.at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. A funeral home service will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 10 A.M. His burial will be held at a later date.
