Relatives and friends are invited to Richard's Life Celebration on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 10 A.M. until the start of the service at 11 A.M. at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church, 4275 4th Street SE Washington, DC 20032. Interment to follow after service at Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Road, Clinton, MD 20735.

I Cynthia V. Banks (Cookie) would like to give my deepest sympathy to the family friends and etc. for the loss of a loved one. I worked with Richard over the years and he truly will be missed. May God continue to bless the family and friends and may Richard continue to rest in paradise
