Richard Samuel Channer, 85, of Apopka, Florida passed away on January 17, 2025. Mr. Channer was born on August 17, 1939 to the late Alfred Channer and Miriam Hewitt in Manchester, Jamaica. He is survived by his 5 children 4 girls and 1 son; 2 brothers; as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mr. Richard Samuel Channer lived by one simple rule: keep smiling. He was God fearing and had a love for life. He was a lover of sports and family. His generosity knew no bounds – whether it was offering his time, sharing his resources, or simply listening with an open heart. He was a dedicated Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather and Friend. Today we honor his memory and recognize that his influence extends far beyond his achievements. His legacy lives on in the connections he fostered and the traditions he helped maintain. May his memory continue to grow and flourish in the gardens of our hearts.
