Richard Donald "Dick" Collar

Richard "Dick" Collar, 79, De Pere, passed away on Thursday morning February 2, 2023, with his family by his side, and was once again back in the arms of the love of his life Sharon.
He was born July 22, 1943 to the late Morris and Zudora Collar. On August 1, 1964 he married Sharon Process at Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Green Bay.
Dick was employed with the City of De Pere for 39 years.
His children and grandkids were his pride and joy. Dick loved anything to do with the outdoors, whether fishing, hunting, or going to the cabin.
Dick volunteered at St. John's Homeless Shelter by serving food and delivering items. He was a long-time member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family.
He is survived by his children; Dawn (Rick) Crabb and Al (Lisa) Collar. Two precious grandchildren; Drew (special friend Cierra) and Ashley (special friend Matthew). His siblings; Lee (Joan), Joel "Buck" (Cheryl), Jean Jubert, as well as Sharon's family and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dick was preceded in death by his wife Sharon, and his siblings, Jim, Gladys, Billy, Sandy, and Curtis.
Friends may call from 11:30AM – 1:45PM on Wednesday, February 8th at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00PM with Fr.
