Richard Farris Eiland II passed away on July 14, 2025. He was born in Mobile, AL on August 28, 1973, to Richard Farris Eiland Sr. and Grace Nobles.

He was a lifelong resident of Mobile County and a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Eiland Sr. and survived by his wife of 30 years, Charity Eiland; mother, Grace Nobles; children, Savannah Shaik (Sameer), Richard Eiland III (Tre'), Kiya Eiland, Sage Eiland (Briana), Haydon Eiland (Kylee); brothers, Michael Eiland, Andy Eiland; sister, Joy Hughes (Phillip).

He was known for being the best electrician for his loving work family at South Alabama Electric Co. He was dedicated to his customers while taking pride in all that he accomplished.

He loved his family and children more than anything. He was the light of his children's lives and so very special to all that knew him. He had a great love for his awesome friends, music, and Alabama football. He had a sense of humor that was unmatched that will live in our memories forever. Richard was truly one-of-a-kind, and this devastating loss has changed all of our lives.

We honor how awesome he always was and how much we loved him. He will be missed tremendously and will remain in our hearts forever. Thank you Richard and Roll Tide!
