Richard Goss

Richard W. Goss, Sr., 73, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2o25 peacefully at home in the arms of his loving wife. Richard was born in Holyoke, MA on October 16, 1952, to the late Robert Goss and Ruth (Hussells) Taraska. Richard was raised in Westfield, MA where he resided for most of his life. He was a tool maker in many of the local machine shops. In his retirement he continued to work at Home Depot where was often asked for by name for his wise and helpful advice. He enjoyed fishing and bowling, but his favorite pastime was golf. He was an avid and excellent golfer and spent many happy hours at many of the local courses golfing with his friends and family.

Richard leaves behind his beloved wife, Kelly Goss. He leaves his children Robert, Krista and Rich Goss and Nathan and Riley Wagner. He also leaves siblings Jeffrey, Brian, Michael, and Kathy.

He cherished his role as husband, father, grandfather and great grandpa to his family.

Rick was a "gentle giant" who melted over children and rescue dogs; his faithful Penny will miss her "pa".
