Richard Lynn Grein, a devoted family man and hardworking individual, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, at Annie Penn Hospital. Born on July 25, 1959, at Battenberg Air Force Base in Germany, Richard lived a life dedicated to his work and family, embracing each day with passion and love. He was 66 years old.

Richard spent 11 years as a Certified Forklift Operator, where his dedication and attention to detail shone brightly. Throughout his career, he also contributed his skills in truck unloading, Walmart distributions unloading, and Crown Nissan diagnostics.

Outside of work, Richard had a deep appreciation for music and enjoyed immersing himself in the world of true crime shows. Model cars and automobiles captured his interest, and he was an avid supporter of sports teams, proudly cheering for the Miami Dolphins and the Atlanta Braves.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, Klaus Otto Grein, and his mother, Aurelia Ann Ellis. His legacy lives on through his beloved wife of 37 years, Diana, and their children: Susan Grein, Stephanie Grein, Christopher Grein, Brandy Hopkins, and Erica Kindle. He is also survived by 14 cherished grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, his sisters Peggy Lewis and Caroline Grein, as well as one niece and three nephews.

A memorial service to honor Richard's life and the indelible mark he left on those who knew him will be held in the near future. His memory will be treasured by all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
