Richard Joseph Hoffmayer

Richard Joseph Hoffmayer, age 87, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026. Richard was born May 20, 1938 in Philadelphia to the late Raymond and Anna Hermley Hoffmayer.

Richard graduated from North Catholic High School and later attended Penn State University. He was an avid fisherman and car enthusiast who took great pride in caring for his home and property. Richard worked for many years in the newspaper business before transitioning into real estate, where he became a successful Realtor and property manager.

In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by his sisters, Anna and Theresa.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann; his son, Richard "Rick", Jr.; siblings, Marianne Webb, Raymond Hoffmayer, James Hoffmayer and his wife Sherry, Paul Hoffmayer, and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a funeral mass 12:00 p.m., Saturday, March 28, 2026 at St. George's Church, 1370 River Road, Titusville, NJ 08560. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
