Richard L. Jaggers

Richard was born on July 31, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Richard was a resident of Thaxton, Mississippi at the time of passing. He was a 1947 graduate of Pontotoc High School, where he was a member of the football, basketball and baseball teams, he also attended IJC and Mississippi State University. He retired from the U.S. Air Force, Airman-A/1C, serving 1950-1954 during the Korean War. Funeral Services will be Friday, February 8, 2019 at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Elder Steve Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Thaxton Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February 8, 2019 10AM until service time. In lieu flowers donations may be made to Thaxton Cemetery Fund.
