Dick passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Platte Nursing Home at the age of 87.
He is survived by his children: Dawn Shay, Cheri (Glenn) Eimers, Terry (Katie) Johnson, and Rick (Lisa) Johnson; twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; sisters Ila Vae Antonsen and Mary Beth (Larry) Kuiper, and sister-in-law Shirley Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents Garfield and Berniece Johnson, brother DeLyle Johnson, sister Jeanenne Williamson, and granddaughter McKenzie Eimers.
Memorial services for Richard "Dick" Johnson age 87 of Platte, SD will be held at a later date.
