Richard Keenan Obituary
May 8, 1948 - September 3, 2024
Richard Brian Keenan, age 76, passed away in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Born to John and Jane Keenan in Syracuse, he graduated from New Hartford (NY) High School in June of 1966. Rich earned his BA, JD and MBA from the University of Colorado. He worked as a deputy district attorney in Denver for almost 20 years. Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Keenan; 4 children and 4 grandchildren. A celebration of Rich's life will be held in Pagosa Springs in October.

I worked with Rich for a year when I was an intern at the DA's office during law school 35 years ago, and I have never forgotten how kind he was to me, a lowly intern. He was a wonderful person and I send condolences.
