Dementia sucks.
Cancer sucks.
These are things Dick had. He passed away Thursday May 1, 2025 at Mercy hospital after a two day stay. Dick was 84, just 11 days shy of his 85th birthday.
For those who knew him, you know he could be "difficult" at times. He liked things his way. Marilyn and Terry joked the day after his passing that he is in heaven telling God where all the Angels should be lined up at.
Dick had great love for his wife, children, step children, other family and blended family members.
He will be remembered in our hearts as an Air Force veteran who flew cargo planes in Viet Nam, a very intelligent person, someone who loved to go on "adventures" with his wife of 24 years Marilyn, and a great story teller. He always had some fun wisdom to share with everyone.
Dick will be cremated and then buried at Crystal Lake Cemetery in Minneapolis. We will have a celebration of life some time in the future for him.
We love you and RIP Dick
