Dear Lisa, Marena, Sierra, and Jonah,

Sue and I were deeply saddened to hear of Richard's passing. We are holding all of you close, praying for strength and Peace in this difficult time, and that you always feel the great love he had for you.

Rich was a great healer. He allieviated our pain countless times, and always left a smile on our face with his kind-hearted enthusiasm. It was easy to think of Richard as a friend, as he was so easy to talk to, and shared his thoughts with such sincerity. We had many conversations about sports, fitness, and backpacking, but his favorite topic was always parenting and the kids.

He was a wonderful man, and we will all miss him greatly.

With Love & prayers,

Jim and Sue Bisignano

Dear Lisa and Family,

I was shocked and greatly saddened to hear of your loss. Dick was my favorite cousin and best friend from my youth. Dick came to our farm in upstate New York every summer, and I recall many good times that we had together. My greatest sadness is that I have not kept in touch over the years. Dick was a person with warmth, humor, and a great life force. I can tell from reading the messages on this site, that he deeply touched many people's lives.

My love and best wishes to you.

To: The Family of Dr. Lewis

We are so very saddened and shocked to hear of your loss. We will remember him always as someone who "saved" our lives. We were patients of Rich's for over ten year

years. We both went to him out of desperation and thank God that we did. We will truly miss him, he was not only a doctor but had become a friend through the years talking about you Lisa and your family and comparing notes about our children. You were truly blessed to have had such an incredible man as your husband and for your children their father. Know that there are many people saddened with you.

Leaving the Church today we noticed the beautiful, bright full moon looking over the harbor and saw Rich with that tilt of the head and bright smile. We'll miss him as our doctor and friend.

Dr. Lewis was my chiropractor for 10 years until I moved from the area recently. He very much improved the quality of my life and for that I will always be grateful to him. More important, he was a kind, gentle, caring person. He touched many lives in his quiet way and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dear Lisa,

What can I say to you at this time other than I am sorry to hear of Rich's death. There is no way I can put into words the shock I felt when I heard the sad news.

Rich was a great guy. He loved you and your children and the home you both made on the bogs. As you have said he worked too much and needed to slow down. I am sorry he wasn't able to hear you and enjoy more of what you both have.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Diane Brown
