Richard A. Linders, 65, resident of Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest July 16, 2024 at his daughters home after a long illness.
Richard Anthony Linders was born January 19, 1959 in San Bernardino, CA the son of William E. and Anna M. (Hierholzer) Linders. Richard served his country in the United States Navy. He formerly worked in the oil industry in Kingville, TX. He formerly owned and operated Richard's Place in Seneca, MO and just retired February of this year from Highwinds Casino in Miami, OK. Richard loved visiting with people and telling stories. His pastime was rocking his grandchildren and spending time with them. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, bird watching, photography, driving, riding motorcycles, cutting wood, and watching sunsets. Richard was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church in Seneca, MO.
Richard A. Linders was preceded in death by his parents William and Anna Linders; two brothers, William (Bill) Linders and Robert Linders; one sister Rita Foster.
Survivors include his children Joshua Wolf, Joplin, MO, Tony Linders, Fayetteville, AR, LauRae' Hunter, Seneca, MO, Keisha Bock, Joplin, MO and Tristen Linders, Neosho, MO; one brother John Linders, Atlanta, GA; a host of grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
The body has been taken for cremation.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 7pm, Friday, July 19, 2024 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, July 20, 2024 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Chaz Dunn officiating. Inturnment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Seneca, MO following Mass.
