He leaves to cherish his memories four daughters Samatha Locklear, Jelena Lowery (Pat), Aiyana Ward, Samira Lowery; four sons Nick Oxendine, Rick Oxendine (Aaliyah), Dalton Lowery (Mariah), Kegan Hunt; one brother Samuel Jacobs Jr. aka "Papa," (Christina); three sisters Kelly Ann Jacobs (David Keith), Tina Jacobs, and Stephanie; four nephews, four nieces, and two great nieces and also five nephews: Christian (Jayla), Ashton Locklear (English), Davin Locklear, Jylin Jacobs, and Josh Locklear; four nieces: Kyonna Jacobs, Chrishonna Huggins, Breonna Locklear, and Kelsey Locklear; grandchildren: Keithlyn, Pearliana, Katina, Jacoden, GG, Saonna, Legend, Brayden, DJ, Dakoda, and Riviera Oxendine and two great nieces: Brooklyn Locklear and Troyanna Bethea.
