Richard Mabry Obituary

Richard was born to Othal Blair Mabry and Sally Galloway Mabry on November 14, 1944. He met the love of his life, Joyce, while attending Roosevelt High School. After courting for a short time, they married and spent 62 years devoted to one another. He was a cherished father to Susan Mabry Morgan and Lisa Jane Hughes (Steve), grandfather to Jacinda Blair Kertyzak (Greg), Jessica Morgan Block (Jay) Jason Ryan Hughes (Laura), and Richard Harrison Hughes. He was also blessed with being a great grandfather to Emma Block, Luke Hughes, Sadie Buyers, Harrison Hughes, Owen Hughes and Abigail Kertyzak.
Richard loved his family and always made them his priority. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic and his unwavering dedication to his family. He was a man of great faith, integrity and loved serving the Lord and others. He brought joy to all who knew him, was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and was always quick with a word of advice if you wanted it or not.
A celebration of his life will be held on:
