He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Stephens and fiance', James Taylor, of Bowdon, GA and Stephanie Mallady, of Del City, OK; sons, John Mallady, of Tallapoosa, and Richard W. Mallady, of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Caleb Brown, J. J. Mallady, Jr., Anthony Mallady, Anna Mallady, Tanja Smith, Daniel Stewart, April Heath, Michael Taylor, Emily Taylor, and Faith Taylor; great-grandchildren, Krisanna Smith, Kammie Smith, Keziah Smith, Olivia Taylor, Oliver Taylor, and Sebastian Phillips; sisters, Tina Louise McClain, of Memphis, TN and Debra Kay and Jon Williamson, of Walnut, MS; brother, Terry Mallady, of Millington, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Mallady was aquamated and no formal services are planned.
