I never met anyone who was so generous with his time and willing to share his innate ability to fix anything broken. He was a gift I was lucky to have in my life.

I was so sad to read about the passing of Richard. He lived in the building that I worked at in the office of the PHA. It was always a pleasure to talk to him coming and going from the building.
So sorry for your loss.
