Richard was born on February 11, 1941 and passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Richard was a resident of Virginia at the time of passing. A memorial service will be held January 9th at 12 noon at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hampton, VA with a luncheon to follow. Interment will take place on January 10th at 11 AM in Albert G. Horton JR. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude's children's hospital at stjude.org.
