Richard Lee Miller, 61, of Frankfort passed from this life Monday, June 12, 2023, at Mt Carmel Grove City Hospital. He was born October 13, 1961, in Ross County the son of the late Frank “Jr.” and Shirley (Wisecup) Miller. On July 5, 1981, he married Michelle L. Taylor, who survives.
He is also survived by a son, Jeremiah (Lori) Miller, Richelle (Joshua) Johnson, and Sierra Miller; grandchildren Maverick Miller, Barrett Miller, Bain Miller, Landen (Alysha) Johnson, Madeline Johnson, Harley Johnson and Boone Russell; great grandchildren Brock Miller, Delailah Johnson and Riviera Johnson; brothers Kenneth (Robin) Miller and Jeff (Jennifer) Miller; sister June (Bryan) Bethel and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was known as Pap to many, but he was loved by all.
In addition to his parents Richard was preceded in death by a granddaughter Alyssa Miller, father-in-law Ivan R. Taylor; brother-in-law Ivan “Sonny” Taylor and a long-time friend Robin Cottrill.
Richard was a 1979 graduate of Paint Valley High School: a past president, coach, and mentor of the Twin Youth Baseball League; he worked at Farmers Market for more than 18 years; he was an avid Buckeye fan; he enjoyed playing and watching golf; but most of all he enjoyed and loved his family.
Friends may visit with Richard’s family from 2-6 pm Saturday, June 17, 2023, at the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home of Bainbridge with a brief service to follow with Rev. Rich Cottrill officiating. Cremation will take place following the service.

I´ve known Richard since grade school at Twin then on to PVHS. His family Lived less than 1/4 mile from our family on RT 50. He was a funny honest guy. Condolences to his family and Friends
