Age 95, died peacefully on April 4th, 2025. Rich was preceded by his loving wife Gloria; son Rick; granddaughter, Julie Leguil. Survived by daughter Debra; grandchildren Keli McLay-Wilson (Chip), Carol DeMoss (Mark), and Christopher; five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews. Rich was an avid golfer at Royal Wood Country Club in Naples, Florida and Oneka Ridge, in Hugo. He was also a volunteer fireman of Little Canda from 1950 - 1961. Rich was a friend to all.

Deb and family,
Sorry to hear your dad passed. Another neighbor from our childhood neighborhood has passed. He'll be in great company. Sorry to say, I cannot come to the visitation or Mass to see you in person, since I volunteer with preschoolers at my parish, St. Odilia, that morning. I will remember him & you in my prayers. Recently, I would sometimes see him at daily Mass at St. Johns in Little Canada. He was always so positive. Very cheerful nature. May you find comfort in the Lord when you miss your parents & Rick. Many blessings on you. Hugs.

So very sorry to hear of your wonderful dad's passing. I am battling my own health issues the past year and I am sad that I was unable to connect with him the past few months since I last saw him and we had a wonderful lunch together at his favorite place WBL VFW.....may he rest in quiet peace the rest of his days. A lot of us in Vadnais View Townhomes fondly called Rich our "Mayor"! He was so well liked and such a friendly neighbor to us all. He will be missed.

Rich and his wife Gloria were very close friends with my mom and dad Bill and Joan Guerin for many years. I remember him as being very nice and good to us. He was a true gentleman.
