Richard Dosson Mulkey

Richard Mulkey, 64 of New Braunfels Texas, passed away on Tuesday February 17, 2026. He was born to Clayton Mulkey, Sr. and Evie B. Harper in New Braunfels, Texas on November 12, 1961. He is survived by his significant other Carolyn Chamberlayne; daughter, Shavon Mulkey(Gilbert), son, Richard Mulkey, Jr., daughter, Teanna Mulkey(Michael), two bonus sons, LaQuince Chamberlayne and Rayshon Holley; sister, Nell Wilson brother, Clayton Mulkey, Jr., brother, Johnny C. Mulkey and wife Barbara, sister, Effie Mae Sargent, sister, Cherylen Bremby and husband Rodney, sister, Linda Jackson and husband Michael, sister, Landis Christman; grandchildren, Steven, Si'Erra, Richard, Jada, Everett, Za'Niyah, Mikey, Mimi, Mar'Kel; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, George, Leon and Gilbert Mulkey.
