Richard Musso

Somerville Richard Musso 71, died January 6, 2017. Richard was born and raised in Newark and formerly of Iselin, Bridgewater, and Port St. Lucie Florida before moving to Somerville. He was self-employed as a carpet installer for over 40 years, retiring in 2000. In his spare time, he loved to cook, go fishing in Florida, play cards with his sister, and was an avid NY Giants fan. Richard also enjoyed bringing goodies to all the residents at Center Bridge in Bridgewater. He was known to be the life of the party with his great sense of humor. Richard will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Vincent and Fannie Amato. Surviving are his two daughters Darlene Janora and her husband Vinny Gonnelly and Gloria Bower and her husband Patrick, a sister Patricia Farrell and her husband Charles, two grandchildren Cassandra and Colin, nieces Claire, Diane and Linda, nephews Jimmy and Joe and several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be 11am January 16, 2017 at St. John's Episcopal Church, 158 W. High Street, Somerville. Arrangements by the Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 No. Gaston Ave. Somerville.
