Richard Nguyen, 37, of Fort Worth Texas passed away on January 9th, 2026. Born on November 1st, 1988, to parents Hung and Loan Nguyen, Richard was diagnosed with Autism at an early age and fell in love with music and crafting. Richard’s most favorite activity to do was spending hours making paper dolls. When he wasn’t perfecting his craft, he could be found singing and dancing to all different genres of music with his homemade microphones. Richard knew no stranger, he made friends everywhere he went, never forgetting a single name. Richard always made the darkest moments shine bright; he always strived to be the best part of everyone’s day. Richard’s favorite title was Uncle and created the word “Congraduations” before calling himself Uncle Richard; he was congratulating himself and adding that he graduated into becoming an uncle. Richard soon ended up coining this word for everything that excited him in life. His life is a testament, that living a life full of extending love and happiness to others, is a life truly worth living.
Richard is survived by his mother and father, Loan and Hung; brother, Russell; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Nicolie, with niece Laelah and nephew Ronin; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
