Richard, I looked everywhere (Google) to find out where your dad was... to keep in touch with him. I am sorry that he is gone... sorry I couldn't have said goodbye. I see that he passed the day after his Aunt Velda's birthday. (She was born in 1892.) And he made it to 99! Also, Congrats on your book... looks to be quite a work! I am Patti-Jeanne deFur Padgett, daughter of Esther Cannon, who was daughter of Velda Norton Cannon. Hello. I have a half brother, Gary Loomer. I guess we are the last of the clan.
