Born in Newark, DE, on December 28, 1991, Rich was the son of Richard B. Poplos, Sr. and Sandra J. (Angeny) Hitchens. He made his career as a customer service representative in the health insurance industry.
Rich was a huge fan of Philly sports. He was an adventurer and free spirit that loved travel and discovering things first hand. He was a caring person with a generous heart.
In addition to his parents, Rich is survived by his sister, Natalie Poplos; maternal grandparents, Patricia and Harry Shinn; and aunts; uncles; nephews; and cousins.
Services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rich's memory may be made to, atTAcK Addiction, P.O. Box 36, Bear, DE 19701.
