Ratliff, Richard Keith, age 65, of Waynesville, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023, after a gallant and courageous battle with prostate cancer.
Keith was an extremely talented, hardworking mechanic and handyman. Diligence and determination fed his passion for a trade that carried through his life, as he could fix anything put in front of him. His skills and willingness to help others won him many admirers and loyal customers.
Keith loved a good time and spending those good times with family and friends. He was always up for a dance, a drink, or a smoke and living life to the fullest. A piece of his heart is at Norris Lake in Tennessee. He raised hell for over six decades and probably still is with all the loved ones he has missed for so long.
He was a master of tough love and did things his way. He had no filter, but those that knew him loved him the same. He passed along his zest for life to his family, who will continue to celebrate and honor his life in their hearts and memories. Be sure to toast his memory by raising a glass, crank up your favorite song, and celebrate life!
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Reda Ratliff, and his brother, Mark Ratliff. He is survived by his son, Travis Ratliff; daughters, Heather Ratliff and Lindsey Ratliff; two grandchildren, Wyatt and Christian; one brother, Doug (Diane) Ratliff; sister, Sherri (Scott) Joachimi. Keith is also survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Denise Ratliff.
Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
