He was born in Florence Twp., OH on January 6, 1931 to the late Carl and Maude (Sennhenn) Reising. Richard was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving on the U.S.S. Missouri.
He was employed by Ford Motor Company in Lorain for over 30 years, as a quality control inspector.
Richard was an avid bowler, and loved to boat and fish. He was a member of Local U.A.W. union in Lorain and was a caretaker for his mother for many years.
He is survived by his sister, Rosetta DeForest; his caretakers, Jimmy and Kimberly Reising; and several other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Robert, Pearl, Rose Mary, Geraldine, Tony, and Polly.
At his request there will be no visitation or services he will be lead to rest with his family at Florence Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
