Richard Wayne Ringler

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard Wayne Ringler on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on February 5, 1953, to Walter and Lillian Ringler in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Rick was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who touched the lives of so many.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years; Janet Ringler, children; Jason (Jennifer) Ringler, Staci Ringler, Amber (Justin) Nelsen . His legacy continues through his adored grandchildren: John Ringler, Noah Ringler, and Lillian (Noah) Corrigan, Jade and Jenna Nelsen and great-grand daughter Eerika Corrigan who each brought joy and pride to his life. Rick also leaves behind his sisters: Darlene Wilson, Jan (Roger) Cogar and his brother Randy Ringler. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Ringler and Lillian Ringler and sister in law Kim Ringler

A Celebration of Life and light luncheon will be held at the Big Jackson Church of God 4001 E 13 Mile Rd, Paris, MI on Saturday, February 7. A time for family and friends will be from 10:00-11:00am, service directly after. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Newaygo County Compassion Home in Fremont MI. Arrangements have been provided by Crandell Funeral Home - Fremont Chapel.
