Obituary of Richard Allen Rishell
Richard Allen Rishell, 83, peacefully passed away on July 27, 2022. He will be reunited in Heaven with his Father Druard Allen Rishell, his Mother Madeline Grace Welland Rishell, brother Paul Rishell, nephew Christopher and his lovely granddaughter Brooke Coats.
Richard was born in Braddock, Pennsylvania on November 23, 1938. Richard graduated from Saint Vincent College Preparatory School and pursued his passion in computers by teaching computer sciences at University of Pittsburgh, and later set up computer systems across the country finishing his career with GTE Data Services.
Richard had a passion for sharing his knowledge and helping others. Richard continued this passion for helping others, particularly children, after his retirement by becoming an active member and Worshipful Master of the Temple Terrace Masonic Lodge. As Worshipful Master, Richard organized events to help the community and most important to him charitable organizations helping children like the Masonic Children's Home and Shiner's Hospital for Children. Richard leaves behind his devoted wife of 61 years Ruth Rishell, daughter Susan Rishell Coats, two sons William Rishell and Joseph Rishell, and his loving grandsons Austin Coats and Joseph Domenic Rishell.
A celebration of life for Richard will include a visitation and funeral service at Loyless Funeral Homes at 5310 Land O'Lakes Blvd in Land O'Lakes Florida on August 3, 2022. Graveside service to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Dade City, FL.
