Richard Swiger Obituary

Richard Roy Swiger November 17, 1953 - August 28, 2025 Richard Roy Swiger "PawPaw" passed away peacefully in Burleson, TX on Thursday, August 28, 2025. He was born in Anchorage, Alaska to Lloyd & Patricia Swiger on November 17, 1953, who preceded him in death.

Richard always had a smile and made everyone around him happy whether he was bowling, restoring an old car or spending time with the grandkids. He was a star player.

He is survived by his 2 brothers: Dennis Swiger & wife Terrie from Euless, TX and Clint Swiger & wife Diane from Graham, TX. He is also survived by his son Eric Swiger & wife Addy from Graham, TX and 2 bonus daughters: Kim McCowen & husband Daniel from Sanger, TX and Jami Langdon & husband Matt from Denton, TX; along with a combined 10 grandchildren.
