Richard Carlton Servello

Richard Carlton Servello, 60, of Liverpool, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. A lifelong lover of nature, Richard found peace and joy in the outdoors– whether walking through the woods or simply enjoying the quiet company of his beloved cats and dogs. Animals held a special place in his heart, and he gave them the same compassion and care he offered to everyone around him.
Richard was predeceased by his parents, Joseph A. and Betty L. Servello and his ex-wife and best friend, Kathleen Boehmer Servello. He is survived by his brother, Joe (Terri) Servello; his sisters, JoAnn Dean, Pamala Servello, Patty (Bob) Zywicki and Angela (Patrick) Dugan; and his beloved nieces and nephews, who will miss him dearly.
He will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, love of dogs and wildlife, and deep appreciation for the simple joys in life.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14 at 12:30 pm at St. Mary's Cemetery, Minoa.
In his memory, friends and loved ones are encouraged to spend time in nature or extend kindness to an animal in need– two things that always brought him joy.
