Richard Slizewski Obituary
Mr. Slizewski was a loving son, father, grandfather, and life companion. He was a very genuine, caring, and forgiving man that loved his family dearly.
Mr. Slizewski is preceded in death by his brother, John Slizewski.
Mr. Slizewski is survived by his children, Nicole Slizewski of Covington and Richard Slizewski of Winder; parents, Leonard Stanley Slizewski and Sandra B. Slizewski both of Hoschton; life partner, Cheryl Jacobs of Winder; siblings, Leonard Slizewski of Alabama and Ronald Slizewski of Commerce; grandchild, Preston Davidson and step-grandchild, Graham Rechenberg; and a host of furry companions.
A private family service is planned and a public celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family of Mr. Slizewski has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory of the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia at 845 West Ridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30501.
Carter Funeral Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
