My heartfelt sympathies for my sister Stephanie Spencer and her family. Richard will be in our hearts and memories forever as a devoted Christian and family man. He baptized me and taught my young son about the Lord and has been instrumental in bringing many people to the Lord through his perservance and due diligence in his unshakable faith in the word of God.
Richard, we cry for our loss of your company, but we must remember to rejoice in your reward of your so well earned wings.
