Richard Tarvin Obituary
Richard Warren Tarvin, 71, of Monroe City, Mo., died May 31, 2024, at his son's home in Hannibal. Service with full Military Honors performed by Boots-Dickson Post #174 will be June 5, at 6 p.m., at the O'Donnell-Thurman Life Celebration Home in Monroe City. Visitation will be June 5, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., at the funeral home.
