We enjoyed knowing and working with Dick beginning in 1978 at the John Deere Dubuque Works. His leadership and concern for others along with his pleasant personality made for a person that truly made a difference wherever he worked.
We extend our sympathy to the entire Van Bell family.

Dick and I worked together for a number of years. I want to express my sympathy to his family during this difficult time. He was a valued friend and a good guy.
